97 355 Spider Whats It Worth?

Not another Whats it worth Right. Im trying to find a 355 GTS so the spider has to go. The car has 50000 miles Im the 3rd owner and yes I do like to drive it. I just had the Major done plus much more. Exhaust manifolds were replaced before I got the car plus the Valve guides. They were checked again when I had the service done just to be sure. We put in new Axle shafts,RH-Radiator, New Clutch, New Bushings In all wishbones. We did put a Capristo level 2 on the car and it sounds great. The inside has had alot of the sticky parts replaced and is in great shape. The outside is also in great shape.We do have all the records since we bought the car and some that came with it. I know it High mileage but the car runs great and no issues. Why selling? I just like the looks of the GTS better and with the weather here the top is not down much. Hate to see it Go but looking forward to the hard top.
