    Ive also heard the Tubi is a bit bland on the Diablo. Ive heard a couple other systems and they sound insane.

    Insane sound = straight pipes

    I have test pipes, cross over tubes and a murci roadster twin exit, and most people decribe my Ds sounds as insane. I made the vaccum valves in the exits functional, and they add a bit of refinment to sound and behavior.

    TUBI SOUNDS CRAP ON A DIABLO, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO FOR A LARINI OR BETTER STILL AN MSRACING EXHAUST.

    Dear Lamborghinisti,

    I have the Quicksilver system from George Evans. I have the full headers, resonators and cross over tubes. The resonators smooth out the note as you don't have any buzzing.

    The sound is loud...just ask my neighbors at 2:30am.. :D but with out being tiring. Since I have a VT Roadster and I drive all over the state, it's not fatiguing. When you get on the accelerator, it really has an incredible "bite"

    Many people have come up to me and told me how they once heard me run thought the gears and the sound was amazing.

    I do find in general the Lamborghini V 12 is a much quieter engine than say my Testarossa with both at headers only. The TR engine is a beast...much more crazy sounding than the Lamborghini engine.

    I have tubi test pipes. So maybe replace the tubi mufler with an ms or larini?

    I have an MS on my roadster, it is made to fit right after the primary cats. If the Tubi test pipes are made exact same length and position as the primaries it should fit fine. If not MS does make test pipes to fit their system. As for the sound it is out of this wolrd, very different sounding compare to a larini or quicksilver. You won't be dissaponinted.

    Dear Lamborghinisti,

    Hmmm....my VT Roadster doesn't sound like that. When that car was revving, it's almost as if it was muffled...strangled..


    Mine is on the edge of tolerance. My neighbors know when I leave and come back from the clubs. Even at idle with the roof on, you can really hear it purr inside the cabin.

    I don't have the capability of uploading video...or I would put mine up for a comparison.

    Mine has Larini straight pipes with gutted-out cats, the only way to go! Nasty is an understatement.
