This has happened twice now where everything seems fine...Lights-OFF, Radio-OFF, Doors/Hood-ALL CLOSED, Battery-GOOD(?), Transmission-IN "N"... Car will not turn over, NO Clicks, Pops, Relays, Nothing!!! Turned off ignition, let sit, turned back on and reset transmission from Neutral-First-Neutral and again...nothing. Repeated these same steps, several times and finally the car turned over, started and seemed fine all day???
I am now somewhat hesitant to go thru this process again, not really understanding what has happened, Any Ideas???
    Thanks, Kevin

Test the battery make sure it's putting out, clean connections (especially ground cable).

I'd say you need a battery.

Kevin- Sounds like your immobilizer is still armed. Any time you disarm the alarm and immobilizer with the remote, the immobilizer will rearm itself after 120 seconds and not allow the engine to start unless you push the button on your alarm remote again. If you drive your car, turn off the ignition, remove the key, and open the door, the immobilizer will rearm itself 60 seconds after the door is opened. Here is everything you ever wanted to know about alarm remotes. Reading it will put you to sleep in a flash if you have insomnia.
