Guys i need your help again on the same 99 355F1 without records. The car has been sitting at the dealer for about 6 months. That means it hasn't been driven/no fluid changes or anything like that for 6 months if not more. It needs a complete engine out 30K any way. Should i be concerned about anything specific since the car has sat for so long. Any suggestions for a fair price for this car without any records. Will no driving play a part in messing up the following things:
    1. Cats
    2. Headers
    3. Flywheel

Sorry to ask so many questions but i really wanna get into this car if i can make it in at a good price. But certainly dont want to get a lemon either

    Thanks

    Sohail

I think as was suggested in your prior post that a PPI is your best bet and give whoever does it the specific direction that you are concerned about the affects of long idle periods. When I bought my TR it had obviuously sat for periods but it was looked after not all the service records were available but looking at the car and the way it has been looked after in general plus a PPI is the way to go. Good luck.

I think PPI + $70k will put that car in your garage. A thorough PPI should find any major problems. Once you have it, drop it off for the 30k and you're set. You'll be out approximately $78k for a 99 355F1, which is a killer deal.
