99 360 alarm problem and suspension

hi , anyone know please help. The alarm will go on after stop the car and press the remote ,but if let the car set the alerm by it self it will be fine but siren will not sound. all this happen when the car is hot (drive over 5 milesand fully warm up). but when it is cold it is fine. 2nd problem . the suspension light will light up some time when the car go over very bad road or many lane divider. the car have lower spring on it. thanks jason.
