99 vt's, where are they?

99 was a very GOOD year, smoother shift, HP gain AND if you were lucky and got a LATE LATE 99 they had the 6.0 HEAD on it..so even better.....

I have a late 99 VT, with 6.0 head, Fly Yellow, only7k miles, would not part with it at all.......love the car.......just as much as my 6.0

If your looking I KNOW of a great 99 "SV" for sale......7700 miles!! Rossa Vic....

Very few people now of the motor number and a late 6,0 head.......

Crap just blew my shot at getting them with the owners not knowing....

NO I am not like that I share everything I HAVE.....

BUT a 99 with 6.0 HEAD is NOTICEABLY FASTER and DIFFERENT exhaust tone.........

Both my Yellow and My titanium Roadtser are LATE 6.0 heads.....

 

If I am not MISTAKEN, that is a 94 VT, had the headlights changed out to 6.0 HEADLIGHTS...

Which by the way are straight out of NISSAN 300ZX, did you KNOW that?

I changed NOT only the headlights, but the fender and nose to a 2001 6.o front end......

 

Not sure what you're trying to point out. By "6.0 Head" on the 99s they mean the cylinder head of the engine, not the front end ("head") of the car. It's where the valves are. Unless I'm mistaken?

It seems to have the same foglights as the Diablo in the 5th gear video and it's a 99. Maybe early 99s had these foglights and the later 99's had different foglights like this car: http://www.lambocars.com/hr/dia/diavt9922.htm

 

I've got a 99 VT, Alpine Edition #6 of 12. Loads of fun!

I've tried to find my engine number to see about the heads, but I can't find it based on the drawing in the shop manual. Anyone have a photo they can draw on so I can find it?

Thanks Mark. I saw that drawing when you posted it on the other site, but I couldn't find that spot on my car even with the mirror and light - maybe it's under a cover of some sort.

I assume that's the passenger side and the front of the motor since the headers seem to be routing back.

Maybe my car's actually a kit and I didn't know... ;-)

Good eye on the first 2 pics, I missed it completely. I've never seen it before either, very odd imo. Looks better with the 99 complete body.

That is a VERY VERY old listing, I HAD It for sell back then about a year ago, was on consigment with the lister, changed my mind, in my garage where it belongs now......got about 7300 miles on it now..
