991 GT3 tire questions

What kind of tire life should expect from the factory Sport Cup 2 tires on my 991 GT3 if it is only street driven, with no track days? Also, how well do Michelin Super Sports hold up on the track?

 

street tires have a 3 digit wear "index" number on the side wall of each tire along with other tire ratings... a "400" number would give better wear results than a "200" number under normal driving... it's not the tire brand, it's the formula in the tread rubber to achieve a particular result... grip vs longer life... push any tire hard and one can use them up quickly... how long the tires last is really up to the driver on how hard the car/tires are pushed... watch any car race
