    What would your options be ?

    The cost of the 993 C4 is pretty high here in Singapore .

    I am considering to buy it but the 991 is pretty nice and newer and it's just 50percent more for something that is brand new.

    Anyone has either of this cars ?

    I always wanted the 993 but the price doesn't justify the asking price.

    I absolutely love the 993. I have a '96 C4S. It's fantastic.

    But if you want a convertible, I'd suggest you go for the 991.

    The 993 coupe is the better sports car. Perhaps not faster, but better all around.

    The 991 makes for a better cabrio.

    Are you going to use the Porsche as a Daily driver or weekend car?
    As a daily driver no questions asked the 991.
    If you intend to use it as a pleasure, weekend car, 993 has so much more character I think you would enjoy it better.

    I used to be one of those people who said, "air cooled, shmare cooled, and the 911 engine is in the wrong place."

    Then, I bought a 993.

    AIRCOOLED!! DO IT!

    Depends? If you want a daily driver cab, get the 991. If you want a weekend play cab, get the 993. I have a 991C2s for my DD and have just bought a 88 911 cab as a weekend play cab.

    I had a 993. No reason you can't drive it every day.

    Buy what you like. The nice thing about the 993 is you can buy one, drive it a couple of years, and sell it basically for what you paid, maybe more. There's a reason 993 prices are high in Singapore -- it's a hell of a car.
