Holy ****. That would have been an 'interesting' way to see the countryside.

Weren't you going to enter this event in a 996 Turbo at some stage?

damn lucky EVEN with the cage !!!

That is one hell of a fall and the roof and occupants would have been flattened without the cage and all the safety gear

So did they polish out the scratches and continue :D

Very ouch!! Sorry to hear about the crash, but good that everyone's (mostly) OK. Knew someone else that ran off a curve in a 996TT (see attached, though nowhere near as serious as your friend's) - he wasn't impressed with the handling at the limit either.

Hmmm, that was an expensive mistake!
Do you need a roll cage for the Bulla Hill Climb?
Were you the one who bought the Melbourne Enzo?

ouch. Yes, thanks to the cage for sure.

Is it a recognised fault by Porsche yet?? There's been a few now.

I hear the Enzo has sold to Japan, but not 100% about that.

Geez that would have been interesting. I think it was Rob who was trying to tell me to go to NZ to be Rog's navigator instead of himself in the TT. Would be nice to know that the aides regularly fail before hand.

One of the reasons the Enzo was "let go" overseas, was because of the number of complaints about a noisy yellow super ferrari driving around Melbourne... so much so the cops went to visit MMsport about it...

wouldn't know anything about that would you Scott??

While we're on 20 questions, you wouldn't happen to know anything about a white 959 that is being worked on down here? Just recently imported and said to be heading to a Queenslander when servicing is completed.

Wouldn't have been me. The limited amount of road driving I have done (in Melbourne) has ALL been very sedate.
Maybe Mr Simonsen has been using the Enzo to get to the gym or something?
    :)
