As the title states I am looking for a stock relatively unmodified 996 twin turbo with x50. Should have the following:

    -coupe
    -6 speed manual
    -X50 power package
-colors- Seal grey, silver, black, blue, grey (maybe others)
-mileage is ok as long as there are service records
-not looking for a hp beast or track car, this is only to daily drive and take my small kids to cars and coffee/PCA stuff. (348 only fits one and the other gets his feelings hurt.)

Appreciate any help, will pay a finders fee to anyone who points me to the car I purchase.

I've heard finding a true X-50 is hard, as a lot are advertised as such but aren't true X-50's
    from the factory.

    Good luck in the search!

Agreed, I have been looking for a little while and they are not easy to track down. I missed the "perfect" car by an hour last week.

I've owned both and GREATLY prefer the non-X50 (K16) car
Much less lag. Add a flash ("tune") to a standard K16 car and it is outstanding
Def the best value in the Porsche world today, and a truly reliable trouble free car.
Owned my 2002 996 Turbo for 11 years never spent one dollar outside routine maintenance.

    Good luck with your search

    Well said, Bill.

I just purchased a Black/Black 996TT-X50 with 23,000 miles, 6-speed, full carbon fiber, etc. I LOVE this car, although I hate the clutch length of throw and tiny disengagement/engagement point. I'm going to change the helper spring or spend the money to put in the GT2 clutch slave.

It so nice to get in a car and not worry what going to be wrong, like my F355.
