    Yes a one-off car at the present time. It was the first of a series of 20 cars to be built that would exceed 250 MPH and still be street legal.

    Not sure this applies since it was the manufacturer testing the car when the crash occurred. I don't know about you, but I prefer that car makers test their products at the limit...
