I got the same email. This is clearly a scam. What I found interesting is that the guy had an impressive ebay feedback score, somthing like 167 with no negatives, however, if you look to see how he got such good feedback it's because he was buying used paperbacks for $.01, etc. I guess his plan was to build up ebay credibility through these micro-purchases and then try to pull a big scam. He may have had more luck if he had priced the 355 at a credible amount. As it is, no one in their right mind (I hope) would imagine you could get a 355 INCLUDING air freight from Greece for 25K. Be interesting to see what his next attempt is... Kevin

I had the exact thing go down with an 03 Range Rover. I almost fell for it too. They are all scammers.
Was offered same car for 15K. I e-mailed this guy asking what was wrong with the car and he answered that he needed urgent medical treatment. I suggested he visited the nearest Ferrari dealer in Greece. Never heard from him again, but he identified himself by another name.
