Finally have the driver's side suspension in... and then went back through my notes and realized that the two lower bolts were put in with both sides of the bolt thread facing inward.

The only way I can put the bolts back in that way at this point would be to remove the arm completely from the knuckle, remove the shock from the knuckle so I can put the bolts into the carriers BEFORE putting it onto the car since it's impossible after.

I'm REALLY hoping it doesn't matter with the orientation of these bolts since they are horizontal... BUT if I must take it all apart again I will... I just won't like it very much.

Does it matter? Here are two pictures of the bolts as they sit now... threads are both facing outward.

Nevermind... pulled everything off and put them in the right way... that was fun.

Agree they should face backwards. To others it looks sloppy wrenching .It’s not only a Ferrari thing .

Others that see it might be too polite to say anything to your face - but mentally they will be thinking something else about your work .

Sorry if come across as a strict headmaster marking your home work

No I agree. I was just annoyed that I had to take the entire thing back off. Wouldn't it be nice if it was designed so that you didn't have to put the bolts in the carriers and put them on the arm BEFORE you put it on... sigh. Nothing like doing things twice for a simple thing.
