Hi all, I'm rebuilding the suspension on a 1978 308 GTS. I'm planning on using the energy suspension urethane bushings, and suspension.com has them in stock, but I called them, and they can't tell me whether the 31mm or the 34mm bushings are the correct size for my car. I called energy suspension, but still haven't heard back. Do any of you by chance know the size on this for a 1978 car? Thanks.

I’m on the process of doing the same and it is my understanding that should be a 30mm

I’m still on the debate of rubber vs polyurethane Lol

I have installed the polyurethane bushings on the front of my car. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with rubber. There's nothing particularly wrong with polyurethane, but they are noisier... And I'm not sure that the additional stiffness is really that advantageous. Install is easier with poly, but I have the capability of welding rubber bushings.

Have I taken them off, and reinstalled new rubber bushings? No, I'm not that unhappy. Just food for thought.

FWIW on my ‘82 308GTSi used Poly on bottom and rubber on top. Holds alignment very well. No noise after 15k miles. Can say glad I did not go with Poly upper also..... just saying...
