I am no Ferrari expert but I would say that it would differ by miles or kilometers. My neighbor bought a 1986 328 two years ago. Had 45,000 km's on it. Had a clean record and all service papers and stuff. paid 36,000.00 U.S.D.

That's cheap! I've heard of private sales for Good cars in $50's CDA, and '89s seem to go for a premium with ABS etc.

The For Sale ads are higher than that. www.zrauto.ca has a wide selection of 328's right now, probably more for sale than everyone else in Canada.

I'd guess you're looking at $60's for a buy-it-now good one, but if you wait and wait and wait you might find a better deal. There's a few great dealers on the site who can help youf find that perfect car and correct my amateur estimates.

A better deal than $60G's??? Not in Toronto. A good one will still cost you min $65G.

I know, I know there is always that "ONE" out there. The one a friend of a friend knew about or saw somewhere blah blah blah......

That's the one that someone will buy, then come on F-chat and complain about and need advice.....and then I gotta get them Rock's or Tom's number so they can get the car fixed. heheh ;)

In Toronto it will be hard to find a good red one. There are a dozen or so of the usual suspect Black 328's that keep popping up in the trader thats about it.

By the way, WELCOME TO F-CHAT NEXXIA! I hope you enjoy your stay. It's a great bunch of people here.

There you go, Thhhoossee are the usual suspects. Not saying they are bad cars or anything. It's just that they are always there. You know.....the couple at Daytona, Autoforum etc.

I guess it's because of the colour that they do not sell. I myself would also prefer a Red car.

I dont think so Vasco.....case in point those blk ferraris at Daytona have had too many birthdays over there. The 328 and euro 308 over there in blk have been there for over 5 years now. I dont think its just the color, blk f cars look great just the same. There has to be other reasons why they havent moved yet.

Exactly. I don't just mean black is the only problem (Sorry Tom, but no worries. I love the black as well as red). It's just that majority want red. And since Canada is so behind in exotics, finding a good red one is hard.

Besides, this is just my opinion. Who really knows?

Speaking of cars Vasco.....anything intresting come across yet? I went to Calib to see the rag mond. Nice car, but not my cup of tea. Anything well documented in a 4seater yet? It has to be red on blk to match the TR.

Most of the 328's as Vasco has stated are black that are for sale. I have a US balck on tan 88 with 24,613miles. I think asking 67k.
