A/C code E7 - FAN STOPS ON 348

Again on one of our 100 degree days the A/C devil has crept into my 348. The A/C blower fan was working just fine then stopped and threw a code E7. I switched the ignition off came back to the car and restarted. The code went away and the fan came on. I tried this several times after the fan would run for awhile then stop, throwing the E7 again. The last time turning the ignition switch off and on the fan would go on and immediately shut off. The Ferrari 348 primer says the code E7 is related to the "fan power supply module #63307200". Has anybody had this problem before. Where is this power supply located and are there any other fault tests to be done? Someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese help so I can enjoy the last few days of summer here in good ole Sacramento.

 

I still need a replacement fan motor. The one in my car suffered a broken end cap causing the armature to drag against the field core when energised. The fix was to press the broken parts back together and wrap the fracture with epoxy putty. It works, but I would feel much better with one that is good from the get go.
