    The low pressure switch on my 308 is leaking. I read in this forum that BMW part #1370463 was a suitable replacement. Looking at the car it appears that the original has a large female thread whereas the BMW part has a 10mm male thread. Can anyone advise on how to solve my dilemma?

    Take it off and take it to a parts store. It's a standard switch, they can match it or cross ref it.
