Having a problem getting cold air from the A/C system. I've tried full AUTO for both fan speed and vent settings with Selection on Blue dot for maximum cold. Also tried manual setting for both, as well as using the Recirculation setting. I've tried pushing in the STOP button and nothing seems to work. The fan is blowing but seems to be ambient temperature air. I checked the fuse for the A/C system and it is good. I seem to remember something about the flapper motor getting stuck, but not sure if this is the problem or not. I thought maybe it needs refrigerant added and have seen the commercials where you charge the system yourself, but not sure where the connector is located on the 355. Any help is appreciated. Heading to Watkins Glen next weekend and would like to have A/C if I need it. Thanks!

What is the charge level in the system? Can you hear the compressor come on?

Not sure how to check the charge level. I did not notice hearing the compressor cycling off or on.

Take the car in, and have the system charged up and checked for leaks. Once it's charged up, then the diagnosing can begin.

Crimp the water hose going to circulation pump. If you get cold air, then your pump is stuck open allowing hot water into the core. Happened to mine and I just keep hose crimped to get max cold air. Good way of testing pump without having to take anything apart. Also make sure the air circulation door is closed.
