Last year my employer celebrated its centennial, and every employee received a commemorative history book, which I actually found quite good. Now they've made it available to all as a free download; the PDF version is about 45mb, which I think is manageable. It's about the whole corporation, not just aerospace (which actually only makes up about 27% of corporate revenue).
