Actually there were at least 2 550s from memory but there must have been 3 as one of them got a trophy for the concour and there has to be at least 3 to make a class.

I've been overseas, so that might explain it.

It's not my daily driver, but I do drive it every weekend, rain or shine.

Here's a pic taken this week on the Mannum Road. I hope it is not too cheeky to post in the wrong spot in Ferrarichat.:)

Tommy got his trophy for the 550 in SA so there WAS one and a guy from Cains I think had the other one (nice chap , said you were a good guy - hold it!! now I think I'm sniffing the same gluepot!!)

noticed that. :) mate of mine remarked something like "dude, that's car's worth more than i can get a home loan for, no WAY i'd drive it in the wet."

of course, he'd be hard pressed to drive his precious HB Torana if it looks like raining this month...

    :)

Now only 2 weeks till the drive day, mhh. Cars that are taken on the day include the M3 SMGII, 330Ci, 745i, X5, 530i and a Z4 3.0i.

Which cars were you interested in? What do you use currently as a daily driver?

Not really interested in any of these, but what the hell. The only BMW that could interest me is the new M5. Hard to look at though...

I drive a C32 AMG during the week.

Mhh, Adelaide Motors had a drive day today, and I think there will be another one tomorrow. Did you go today? Or tomorrow? Or perhaps a future one?

If you have still yet to go on it, when you arrive in the morning, ask for James G, and I'll say hi. :)
