Body is done, onto the engine compart

Going for that no deduction point score look...
I completly hand detailed the engine compartment.
No hose just spray bottles of cleaners and fibre towels to dry..

Alot of hand painting...there are no signs of wear anywhere...nice
Happy with this car..cant wait for the show circuit to start

    wish I could make Cavallino..

Gorgous example! I find myself often thinking I would go 512 or 328 as opposed to 430 because of the timeless design if I should be blessed with the chance to add to my 355. Thank you for sharing.

Fantastic job. How long did it take you to detail the engine?

Beautiful, it gives me some inspiration to get in there and give my engine bay a deep clean.

BTW, I love the black! I think it is the first black TR I have seen. I have a Nero 308.

    Enjoy

The airboxes look gray rather than black. Is that so? They're kind of a mottled gray on my 355 too.

What products do you use on the motor? Any particular degreaser or engine cleaner? The whole car looks fantastic. Your hard work has paid off!!

Yes excellent. The gray look on the air boxes is the matte crinkle finish. Have no clue how to improve on that. Just clean them or use long strokes with the armorall.
