    Hello New Friends (I just joined the Forum) - I am thrilled to say that I bought my first Ferrari today - a [new] 2002 Ferrari 360 Modena in Rosso Barchetta from Ferrari of San Francisco: 15k miles, 6-speed, carbon racing seats, Bordeaux stitching on black leather, factory 'Scuderia Ferrari' shields, complete documentation, one previous owner, certified pre-owned and warranty. Just incredible - what a thrill to drive and the mechanical symphony behind my head - intoxicating! My salesguy Evan was patient, super knowledgeable, friendly and fair; just a nice, great guy. I also must thank my friend monteman for his invaluable guidance and advice! And thank all of you who have contributed to the knowledge base that is this Forum - the information here is extremely useful. Just thought I would share the excitement. It's good to be part of the community and to experience the Ferrari magic.

    Congratulations...!!! That is certainly a beautiful car - and rare considering the options (manual, Rosso Barchetta). We were just talking about this car recently as it was listed for sale on Craig's List (by FoSF).

    Again, congratulations - and please post more pictures...!

    Rosso Barchetta is a great non-metallic color. A friend has ordered several cars over the years from a 550 to 599 in that color. Your Ferrari is a standout in a sea of red. Congratulations on your choice!
