    Anyone here work at the TCW (www.TCW.com) building in Downtown L.A.? I've been seeing a titanium 360 Modena in the first floor visitor parking lot time to time.

    If anyone works there, let's do a lunch sometime.

    Thats funny... I was on phone a min ago, while waiting for someone to pick up the other end, I was bored and browsing thru F-Chat... I read couple of topic headlines and I see this one... Finally a voice message picked up and said, "Trust Company of the West" LOL!!! What a coincidence... I had a weird moment there, almost forgot what I needed to say on the v-mail :)

    I'll try tommorow, they must be close already...

    I visit TCW time to time. I might start work there in the near future. Why were you calling TCW? It's a great place. The founder of the company, Robert Day, is a great guy, and they've been doing extremtly well.

    I was returning a call to one of my coolest clients who is one of the VP's in one of many TCW dept. I forgot he worked for them for many years... Hes had his car serviced in last Oct. 04'. He called my office today and left a message, dont know what its reguarding about, obviously it has to do with cars :)

    Off topic:
    Im trying to schedule a dinner/hangout meet with Byron sometime this week, hoping wednesday 16th round 7:30pm... Im thinkin Hollywood Billiards, great rib-eye steaks and mashtatoes there ;) Have a few drinks, hangout, discuss future FDC projects, and kick some butt in pool/billiards (8 or 9 Ball game, if you have a cue bring 'em on) hehe... Something different I guess... I will confirm back till Byron calls me tommorrow... If not this week, we'll shoot for the following week...

    Jon (Modena Fan) you in? If anyone else from
    the LA and Hollywood area, you're more than welcome to join...

    TCW is a blast from the past - When I was starting my career in the 90's and was with a national consulting firm in New York, New York and transfered to Los Angeles I worked with many of their asset managers and portfolios.

    Great! I've been meeting many of their executives and PMs to build some relationships with them. I met Robert Day a few times and some of their well-known PMs lately. Seems like a great place to work. Very hands off and "merit-based" firm. Now they have over $110 Billion under management, and seems like it's got a really bright future, too.
