A few pictures of Daytona Bike Week

Any pics of celebrity bike builders like, OCC, Jesse James??

 

Too bad the Harleys have to show up by the thousands and ruin an excellent roadracing weekend. I stay away from Daytona because of them.

 

I second OCC and West Coast Choppers. How about anything by Billy Lane or Indian Larry Legacy?

 

It is because of Harley owners that Bike week even exists. Bike week has been going on since 1937 long before the first crotch rocket ever hit the pavement.

 

Unfortunately, I've never been to Bike Week, but were there any Italian pasta rockets, like Ducs and MVs?

 

Oh yes you get to see everything there.

 

I'll have to make my way to Daytona sometime then! As much as I love the look and sound of a Harley, Tamburini's designs are just classic...

 

If you are into bikes then definitely go it is an incredible site. But the traffic inside city limits is heavy especially on the main roads going to and from the beach. My best friend lives in Kissimmee and I go every year I finally just left my Harley at his house since I don't seem to ride it except for bike week and Biketoberfest in Daytona. Now I can just hop an a plane instead of making that 12 hour drive down there and back.

That's probably because they were too hard to find. Most Harley crowds have been like that lately. Lot's of trikes showing up too, if that tells you anything

If you want to see the Babes you got to go to the Sportbike events.

 

This is true. I did see more trikes and Sportbike owners are younger and got the better looking Babes then the older harley guys with their wives.
