    Hello everyone!

I wanted to make a formal introduction to the community. My name is Lukas and recently I have accepted responsibilities as the Director of PR, Marketing and Sales for Redline Restorations and I can be reached directly via my email address, [email protected].

For full disclosure sake, some of you might have seen me make a few posts before under my personal account 'Lukas240Z' while I was exploring the community and the possibility of working with Redline. It is official now and I wanted to address the community at-large for my first post on behalf of Redline, it's owners and its employees.

I am here to get things on track and hope to develop a meaningful and enjoyable relationship with many if not all of you. I am completely aware of their issues in the past; I have seen all the communications, I understand the issues and concerns at work and will be working hard to improve our image as professionals. I have begun this process by changing back-of-the-house policies, procedures and leading the redesign of Redline Restorations new branding which you will see on all social media using our official username 'redlineresto', our new landing page on our web address (Redline Restorations) and on all of our communications going forward.

In the coming months, I will be working closely with developers as we re-design the entire website from the ground up. In the meantime, feel free to visit the landing page and leave your email address to be notified when the official website will launch. On a side note, your privacy is of the utmost concern and at no time ever will your email addresses be shared with anyone outside of the company for any marketing or sales purposes whatsoever. Members of my team and I will be posting across Redline's social media accounts in the meantime as a way to communicate with our audience as well as develop new relationships. This is a good way to keep abreast of the latest news and happenings.

To address the communication/email issues some of you have experienced in the past, I have personally taken over the sales email account [email protected] as it apparently was not being tended to as often as we would have liked (!) before my arrival. As a result, I can guarantee email will be handled as quickly and efficiently as possible moving forward. If email is not as immediate a solution as you would require or would simply like to speak directly with a human (it's becoming rarer these days as I am sure most of you know) calling Redline directly is also another excellent way to reach us and will always be handled with a prompt attitude and with courtesy. That number is (203) 335-9555.

A bit about me... I have been involved in business, entrepreneurship, marketing and branding for 20 years now. Outside of my career I am an automotive enthusiast like most of you. I have an understanding of cars on a technical level, have worked on them with my own hands and enjoy a general love of cars and the pure sport of driving. I would like to believe I am very down-to-earth, attentive and genuinely concerned therefore I try to make myself very approachable and helpful in times of need. I don't profess to know everything but will make every effort to find the answers. If there are serious concerns or feedback anyone would like to share with me, my door is open and welcome that communication in an email directly to me or in a private message on this forum.

I hope that my efforts can be a new and positive relationship for yourselves, the community, Redline and for myself. I really like the environment here as it seems to be comprised of mature, intelligent and like-minded folks with a large breadth of knowledge and experience... in particular for these fine automobiles. I live for that.

Before this gets too winded, I digress. I am happy to be here, look forward to the future and hope this begins on a new foot of positivity and professionalism.

    Cheers,

    Lukas
