A funny thing happened on the way to the Supermarket...

Got the car out for the first thing time since before Xmas on Saturday. Nothing special since the roads weren't really upto it and the back wheels were struggling for grip at full throttle...Still managed a blast through some tunnels though

Toured round for a while to make sure everything was warmed through and decided to call at the new Waitrose on the way home to pick up some bits.

As I park up 3 young lads come running upto the car. As I get out the question is posed: "Are you Mr Waitrose?"

Thought it was funny until the girlfriend kept calling me Mr Waitrose as we went round the Supermarket. Good kids, new lots about cars, let them take pictures and sit in it when I got back.

Just goes to prove - some days you get nasty reactions to having a nice car and other days it's a joy and always a way to get chatting to like minded enthusiasts...
