Does anyone know a good source for metric hardware ? I need to replace two of my water pump housing studs (8mm X 75mm), and I also need to replace two of the 8mm X 120mm Bolts/Locknuts on my ring gear bell housing.

These need to be automotive grade (heat treated) hardware. Does anyone know of a supplier ?

    ......Chris

More extensive inventory than McMaster is Metric & Multistandard Components Corp.
    (http://www.metricmcc.com), though higher minimum quantities.

here is amy secret for harware: catapillar heavy equipment dealers, They have everything you could possibly imagine in stock, all grade 8 and 3 different platings cad, black & natural.12 point, 6 point, hex head left hand threads , smaller heads for access, you name it, its unreal
& BTW for pennies compared to anyone
they can also make up any hose & end you can imagine, 3000 psi is nothing for those earth movers. the best part...Union employees who will take hours to find just what you need:),
I even found a metric turnbuckle that I used for a clutch adjustment piece when ferrari wanted 100$ for the factory part that was backorder. Its been in the car 15 years now.
