Hey guys, Well, It's official! My family just signed a lease on a house in Newton, MA...Now it seems that my month of July is free and there's a Ferrari and Maserati dealership right down the road from me! My request: If anyone knows people at Maserati or Ferrari of New England, please PM me! I'm hoping to get a job washing cars or something, and I'm willing to work for almost nothing just to be in there. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated! If you could put a good word in for me, that would be great!! Thanks again, and I hope to soon be a member of the New England ferrari community! Michael
I want to say that dealership was bought and is moving... Someone on here will clarify this though...
From FCA newsleter received about an hour ago: As many you have heard by now, the Boch Automotive group has purchased Ferrari Maserati of New England! This promises to be an exciting deal for us, as it now means that the dealership (finally) has proper backing. Ernie Boch Jr. is committed to the marques and is very excited about this opportunity. From Nick Scelsi, GM of Ferrari Maserati of New England: "First, I would like to say Thanks. FCA-NER has been very supportive of FNE/MNE even when we were not so. "It means a lot to us. Without you we would be just another dealer. Hopefully in a short period of time staff will be added to help ramp up our service dept. to care for your vehicles in a more timely and efficient manner. We will also be adding staff to make sure your calls will be answered promptly. There will be an event in the near future to expose you to our new owner/leader Ernie Boch Jr. You will see this dealer transform from the ugly duckling to a beautiful swan with the ability to fulfill all of your personal automotive needs. "The move to Norwood will not be immediate as we have a new facility to build and equip with the latest in technology, we anticipate the move around this time next year(if not sooner). We are in the process of moving forward and re-creating ourselves and hope you will be as active with us as ever."
Wow, that really sucks. Still, If they're there in the summer, I still may be able to get in. Does anyone know an employee or manager there? PLEASE PM me!!!
At the risk of being harsh -> perhaps you should read this thread? Steve posted on this thread the name of the manager of the dealership. Perhaps you hadn't worked out that GM=General Manager? The dealership is still open in its current location until it moves in late '06/early '07. A bit of basic research on the internet/this site would also find their phone number and address easily.
What is the difference of you not knowing anyone on the forum here and having them try and be a reference for you!? They would look like a tool recommending someone in Ohio they've never met, to their local dealer they actually interact with.
