    What more could you want, great country side, i would suspect quiet roads, great places to eat, and a 612 to drive around in!
    Ref the roads - what condition are the French roads in?. Most in my area of South Yorkshire and most of the UK are absolutely terrible now, especially after the winter effects have taken their toll.

    The roads are pretty good...the odd tractor and the related clumps of mud are the biggest inconvenience. Traffic is generally light and there are a few glorious d roads to stretch your legs. Weather looks good again tmrw so we will find a few more roads to try.
