    For those of you with high powered vehicles, have you ever been pulled over by an officer for accelerating too fast even if you weren't speeding? Could they cite reckless driving? I'm just wondering because I saw two people race from a stop right infront of a cop but they never sped... is it the officer's descretion?

    EDIT- forgot to mention the racers I alluded to weren't pulled over as far as I know.
