Hi folks. As the owner of a 360M for the last 6 months I am now looking to change, not that I don't think this car is the absolute best thing I've ever owned...I'm just in the grip of a full blown Ferrari addiction unfortunately. I am just curious as to the rational behind your buying decisions for the F430 and 360CS. In the UK the vehicles are comparable in price on the used market. I can see benefits in the F430, being more modern technology, available in manual, which I prefer and I am told 30% better than the standard 360. However the 360CS is clearly the ultimate derivative of that series, very highly regarded and likely to have the better residuals of the two. I would be very interested to hear your responses. Many thanks

I have owned both a 360 and a F430. I have driven a scud. I did not get the PERFORMANCE kick I thought I would from the car. The hp is only 20 more and it sits very low compared wirh thandard models. The paddle shifters are wicked fast compared to the standard F1 cars.

When you go from a standard corvette to a Z06 oh my god what a difference and the ZR1 is even better yet. The scud did not give the same performance upgrade in my view.

I am not comparing corvette to Ferrari the F car is a completely different and better car.

I would go the F430 if it is an option. The 360 is also a great car.

    Hey you cannot lose :)

Lee absolutely right for straight line driving, power was only a minor increment however when you get it into corners (not many corners in the us... as he runs for cover... hehe) its a totally different matter!
