    Dear all,

    Owner of a 2013 Blue Pozzi FF here. She's always been serviced at the official Ferrari dealer of Dubai's in United Arab Emirates. Goes in for a minor serivce i.e. oil service, filters, etc and an aircon health check.

    I take delivery of the car with almost every button and control exercised, mirror switch stuck which ended up breaking off, and worst of all, a blown amplifier. It was almost as though the car's been taken on a military proving ground for a test drive by one who breaks off knobs in an UAZ.

    "It was working when we tested it" was what I got. My question was and still is, how could an amplifier which worked during the test drive blow (yes a chip's blown) while the car's parked at the delivery area.

    I understand that workshops would keep looking for ways to increase throughput but to deliberately harass cars so that they break, hmm not very clever.

    Would love to receive opinions and suggestions.
