    Hi All,

I've heard confession is good for the soul...

I just got my 308 back from Tim Stanford's shop yesterday after annual oil/fluid service, a front brake rebuild and a set of new tires. I had reset the trip odometer the last time I picked her up from Tim last July. Since then until I dropped her off last week, she had covered...

    578 miles

And that includes the 80 miles round trip between my place and the shop.

I have been a BAD Ferrari owner. How neglected and unloved she must feel!

I will begin to make amends by keeping her company today and taking her with me everywher I go...dry cleaners, Best Buy...

At least I did make a peace offering. High maintenance Italian girlfriends LOVE pricey new shoes :)

OK, I feel better having that off my chest. Time to go for a drive!

I put more miles on my Diablo in ONE DAY a few weeks ago. Almost double that much. Yes, you SHOULD be ashamed! ;-)

I've put 2400 miles on my 328 in the last 4 years. 600 miles/year on average.

I've put 7000 miles on my "daily driver" BMW over the last 3 years.

Guess I need to get out more.

I had my GT4 for 2months and a kid hit me. 4 months in the shop...:( That was 3.5 years ago. I've racked up over 20,000 miles since. :) Not a daily driver, but I drive it often!

I'm in no position to talk. I think I went through two tanks of gas this year in the 328. I put maybe 300 miles on the gt4. Heck, I think I only have about 30 miles on my TR3 this year. At least the Corvette got into 4-digits of odometer usage!

My Mondi gets more miles on it than my daily driver. Still not saying anything. If I had to guess, Daily 2K, Mondi 2.5K, motorcycle .6K. I'm gone 20 days a month. Rental cars, probably about 40K.

Well, did 40 miles today taking the scenic route to run errands :) More tomorrow.

I work from home, so my DD only gets about 6K miles per year, if that - which is nice since it allows me to keep a cheap and fun 20+ year old car as a DD, and a 30-year old Ferrari in the garage...although it WILL spend less time in the garage from now on :).

My Mondial has been averaging over 4000 miles a year over the past 3 years I have owned it, and 400 in the past week.
