Some adds for parts like this one make me wonder if the two cars that I have in my garage are really Ferraris 3x8s indeed?

E-Bay can be your friend, but is also heavily encumbered by strange adds.
An old advertising for the parisian general store "La Samaritaine" was "on trouve de tout à la Samaritaine" ("One can find anything at la Samaritaine")

Fleabay is full of that sort of stuff these days. Bulk listings are so cheap that retailers download the world's entire car model database and add them as a prefix to their tatty products.

+1. So utterly sick of looking for a specific Ferrari item only to scroll through fifteen pages of nylon Seat covers .. Or light bulbs.

I have a generic canvas seat cover for when my hound rides shotgun. Works well enough.

There was a time we did not need it but now there needs to be a way to define a search that eliminates all the trash bulk ads. It gets tiresome seeing 500 ads from dorks selling purple colored headlights when you are looking for a real Ferrari part.

When you search Ebay, the advanced search allows you to exclude a list of vendors from the results of your search. This can help remove all the generic crap

I've found this search cuts through a lot of the spam:

ferrari 308 -"more than one vehicle"

put it in brackets and you can add many other unwanted things, like still too many toys and modelcars. For example:

ferrari 308 -("more than one vehicle", 1:43, 1:18, matchbox, bburago, burago, polistil, maisto, hot wheels, hotwheels)

    Best
    Martin
