I guess Rolls likes to double down, or just forgot about what has happened to their investment in the A340-500/600.
Those of us who don't live and fly in the US are very pleased with the A380. It has it's place on high density routes where slots are scarce and demand is high. Great plane to fly on. Changes the rules of the game big time compared to the small and cramped alternatives.
