    Got a presentation

    Looks Marvy

    Friggin thing is 30 slides and 14meg

    need to compress the sucker or at least save it smaller... anyone?

    go into prefrences (apple and ',' button) and under "save" change the advanced resolution settings, and compress graphics files... should help some

    How many pictures do you have in it? I'm on a PC, but I usually make Jpegs smaller file sizes by saving them in a program that automatically compresses it. If you have Paint on your Mac, just resave the pics in them and it should automatically compress them. Photoshop will ask you what quality compression you want. You can't notice a difference unless you zoom in. It cuts the file size from 1/2 to 1/10 in most cases.

    I am a photographer and journalist so my photo files are big... That is my mistake I didn't squishem... Still I am just exporting the thing to pdf so i can at least deal with it before i have to go back and replace the big files

    in Windows there is a "pack and go" option, which will save them across several diskettes. Or, you could just burn them to a disk? Or host them on a site?

    Had to dig back into the thing and find the offending images... Couple of them made up 10 meg so when i resized them everything worked out right


    damn good thing i don't have a life
