If I recall correctly the ABS system is supplied by ATE. Have you tried contacting them direct? I do not know if ATE supplied the electronics. Curious because my 348 spider ABS system is indicating a fault somewhere.
AFAIK Teves doesn´t exist anymore .. .. they have been bought by Conti Tech. ATE Teves units have been used for a variety of cars .. Alfa, VW, Ford .. ... I wonder, whether one could use a replacement from another car .. .. I suppose the software on the boards is different but otherwise the differences must be small ..
I did the fuse trick and counted the flashes ..... 2...1. This code translates to 'Valve or connecting wire failure' Solution .. check valve resistances and continuity. Could anyone enlighten me on what this means? Best regards, Pete
You need a manual that tells you which pins you must use to check the resistances and the proper values. I got one manual from Ford which I used to check the valve resistances in my t Cab .. .. but it´s in German.
