No idea what Klink's up to but I was away for the weekend adding another 900km or so to the 308's tally. Dunno how many drives to the coffee shop that equates to...
I recon the guys are Nucking Futs but having been to the look out at the Trollstigen in Norway ( 4 years ago this month) the view is stunning. when I was there there was a 360 Ferrari in the car park But where these guys jumped was 1000mtrs higher.. Just Nucking Futs
Looked pretty easy , the ones that really are nuts are the guys that skate just above the ground and fly through holes in the rocks !!!
What? 'nucking futs'...how the hell can that be considered:racist, sexist, swearing, politically incorrect or religiously discriminatory...FFS!
Yeah I'm aware, why? I asked some time ago when someone else put something on it. Also while you're here How can someone answer these threads when they're locked? The following were reopened whilst being locked: : What is Bailey approved? ROB BAILEY DROPPED EGG THREADS Rob Bailey spotted at Sanctuary Cove
Did you ? Then why did you ask again ? Someone can't. Which is a good thing, because those threads should have been left in the past, where they belong.
And the previous world's best wingsuit pilot ALMOST flew through something similar in South Africa about 3 years ago. His shoulder clipped the rock at 160kph. Rock didn't suffer any damage but they had trouble finding all the bits of him. He WAS the world's best.
Don't know. I just tried to look that particular incident up but found lots of others where world famous wing suit guys hit things and disintegrated. See https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/general/wingsuit-diver-died-swiss-alps-earlier-week-so-why-do-they-take-such-risks-9709871.html?amp This from that article. One internet clip shows Jeb Corliss flying below the 1,053ft Royal Gorge Bridge in Cañon City, Colorado, just as his best friend, Dwain Weston, was attempting a synchronised flight above it. Weston hit the bridge, smashing his body into pieces. Corliss landed soaked in his friend’s blood, having been obliged to take evasive action because of what he described as “stuff” in the air. The first thing he saw on landing was a severed leg. What remained of Weston’s lifeless body drifted down to Earth; the collision had caused his parachute to deploy.
