I am requesting some assistance from fellow 83-85 QV owners. The following is a photo of my high pressure switch. As you can see, there are three spade connections on top of the high pressure switch. I have 1 orange/black wire and 1 black wire per the wiring diagram. Where does each wire attach to and why are there 3 connections for two wires?
Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thank you.

Thank you very much for the photos. Does the orange/black wire attach to the left of the black wire? It appears not to be connected. Thanks again for the help.

It is unplugged in the photo ( I was testing things). There are 3 posts on my switch. If your system is charged there should be continuity between the two lugs. It just completes the circuit when the system is pressurized. Use the rear and middle lugs. It really doesn't matter which wire goes to which lug as long as you use those two. In other words, use the two lugs my wires are closest too in the photo. Hope this helps.
