Probably too far for you, but my favorite is the classic acai at Juice Kaboose in La Jolla. I always liked to go there and then when done walk a block or two to Ferrari of San Diego (now with a new location no longer nearby). I've since figured out how to make an exact version of that one, which has helped since I'm not vacationing there during COVID...
There is velcro in the middle?? (kidding..) That does look like artwork. I’ll try it next time I am down in OC
