    It is tucked behind #15. You would have to remove the upper piece, then install the plastic behind number 15. Otherwise, it would move around freely.

    Thanks Richard! Actually it shouldn’t move either way because the plastic cover is screwed on to the floor, but at least now I know that part of the cover is tuck in underneath the #15 so that means the pics I posted above are correct.
