I still want some time in England, Italy/So. France, and maybe Oz. But all the places I want to have homes (or condos really), now that's a long list. The most agonizing part about being self-employed in service industries is that we aren't mobile. Sometimes I wish I had the tolerance for BS to work in a large international oil company or something and get posted internationally. A friend of mine who's a manager at an oil-related company started in Houston, then Geneva for a few years and I think he's going to be in Dubai or Bahrain for a 2 year assignment. One of the best lifestyles though is law school professor - the average salary is in the 6 figs and is pretty high for good programs, and several months off per year to write, research, travel. Several of the profs in my law school would summer in Europe or Asia every year - nice to make $150-300k/yr while still having about 12 weeks off to take your kids around the world.
Thanks Ryan....small world isn't it? St. Thomas is such a beautiful little town, we spend a lot of Sundays there in the summer at either Waterworks Park or Pinnafore, the kids love it. Also ironic is that your dad was at The University of Western 20 years ago; that is where I work now
About a week late, but I can't believe it's been 5-years! Loved every minute of it so far, and still have that same feeling I had when I first got it.
Awesome!! Here's to another 5 years Mike! Wow, time flies doesn't it Ernie? I've had mine 8 years last week. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I was at three pretty much trouble-free years in July, and I got her back from a long major a few weeks ago. Congrats to Ace and everyone else on the continuing love affairs
Wow, I cannot believe it has been 7 years....7 glorious years, I am very happy to be blessed with good health and Ferrari ownwershiop, and still as excited as I was the day this all began.
That's great Mike!! I've had mine 11 years this year. Still an amazing car and it still brings a smile to my dial every time I look at it and drive it.
