This morning I took my 355 spider out for a drive and felt some erratic pedal action with my gas application after aggressively taking a 90 degree turn.

Back at my garage, checked carpet for impeding pedal play - none. Then peered into gas pedal area (protected by a plastic shield w/4 screws). Saw a copper penny! Then took off shield and also found a full acorn! Took less than 5mins. If you haven’t checked yours, add this to your Winter tinkering list!

Some of these cars sit for months...beginning of a nest? The missed part of the nest cleanup?

Good advice, I’ve never checked the gas pedal shield. When I first took possession of my F355 however, I opened up all areas of the tunnel and found enough loose change to buy lunch!

Bizarre.... I seem to recall finding an AC/DC tape in the CD stacker in my car (from the previous owner). Is this put in by the factory to increase driver speed? :D
