Me again, anyone know how to install the chrome prancing horse to the front grill on my 348. The back grill has a black one which just didn't look good. I am replacing with chrome. Purest I am sorry but had to do it! The grill itself o9n the back has this little attachement built into it which the two bolts on the horse simply fit in to then apply the nut and bang it is on. The front grill has nothing????? Am I missing something???

Happy and "SAFE" New Year to everyone,

    Mike

    Hi Mike,

On my '94 348 Spider the front grill has the same type of mounting tabs for the Prancing Horse emblem as the rear... Have you felt around in there to see if your mounting tabs may have been removed?

Like the change from black to chrome, the added front grille cavilino was a change made to later models of the 348. The tb and ts didn't have a prancing horse of the front grille, so that why you don't see any tabs for it like on Dave's car.

You'll have to pull the front grille off and drill it to add tabs. If you got a chrome prancing horse for the front, you could then use it as a guide to place the tabs. Since the front grille doesn't have any function other than to give the car a certain look, you don't have to worry about screwing up the car's performance.
