Has anyone ever added a bathroom to a basement? How long did it take, and what did it cost?? I'm most probably moving back to Chagrin Falls for Senior year of HS (I'm miserable at my current school), and my dad is planning to finish the basement (and another bedroom for me), possibly adding a bathroom. Has anyone done this? Feel free to post pics of your basements!
