    Do you have a logo?
    Do you have Photoshop?

If you answered yes both times, then it's very easy.

Open your picture, open your logo (both in PS). Drag the logo on the picture ... and it's done.
You can resize by doing a Free Transform (Ctrl+t)
You can remove the color of the background of the logo by going in Blending Options (right-click on the layer of the logo) and moving the cursor at the bottom to achieve the desired goal. It looks smoother if you separate the cursor by holding Alt while you move half of it...

It's simpler than it sounds once you've done a few :)

cool, thanks...might be reaching for air here, but, is there a quicker way to do this. ie, some way to just add it to all my jpeg images.

No, you're going to have to do it one by one. There is a way to record an action and then just run the macro with one command though. Look for the Actions tab on the History palette.

If you have access to a machine where you can run a PHP website, you can run gallery: http://gallery.menalto.com ... and it allows you to watermark whole albums.

I use it for my pics I post on the web.
