I went to the Adelaide Motor Show last night. I've seen all the cars before, but what the hell. The Lambos were nice. On the Ferrari stand there were an F430 Coupe (pretty in silver), a 612 Scag (umm...) and an F360 Spider (WTF?). I guess it was a new one, but why would you put an old model on the stand? Aren't they all sold yet?
Did they have a Gallardo SE on show? I'm sure it was better than the upcoming Perth show will be....I'd be suprised if we even get an F430.
I don't think anyone bought them, BTW how's the sales of those Mitsubishi 190's they make down there going?
my wife brought home a 380 from her work last night - up close and personal they are a f***ing huge car. bloody ugly too. i didn't bother looking inside. i can see why it's mainly government departments who are buying them.
ha friend of mine was manager of some plasticky thing for that car, turns out i think they made 2 million too many so now she had to get another job
i ordered 22 of them last october and never went thru cos the fuel price hit 1.35 per litre and mitsu got upset with me asking why................like derrr............one car to pin all your hopes on and one engine, so i went and bought 44 kia rios instead. BTW if anybody from mitsubishi australia is reading this then please consider that the blade of grass of your 380 is not a real smart move, BMW can name their cars via their engine size (ie 318i) cos they have 15 engines and you only have one.......................................did anyone consider a 4cyl version of the 380, like Toyottttta and the camry
i know they look big, but i just looked up the kerb weight... 1625kg and how is it in this day and age an engine of nearly 4 litres only develops 230hp? that's surely one of the crappest specific outputs since the sigma (my first car ), that had a 2.6L that put out about 90hp. geez, in the late 60's fiat were making engines of 1.6L that had 110hp... and a kerb weight barely half the 380.
the silver RENSC (when it's running) currently puts out 115hp. stock it was 90hp. good old sh*tsubishi. that thing is craptacular
what's the engine size on that? and the kerb weight? i wanna see how i'll do holding up the rear with you and SiFi when my bucket of wog bolts is out there... stock 70hp, mine = ~140hp, weight = ~900kg, decibels = edit: both 1.6, both around 900kg http://www.sportscarmarket.com/profiles/2005/March/German/index.html
