Adhesive for inner door panel mounts?

    Anyone know what adhesive is used to adhere the plastic door panel mounting post plates to the door panel shown here?

    This is a carbon panel from a Speciale, but assume the glue is the same for all 458s... I found some threads referring to dealers re-gluing these, but haven't found indication of what adhesive it might be.

    Panel bond would hold or possibly some high strength automotive epoxy. The sell both at automotive paint supply stores

    The exact same thing happened to me while removing a door panel off of a Speciale. High strength, two-part (mixable) epoxy (as Dave00 had mentioned) will do the trick. Make sure you sand both surfaces and thoroughly clean before applying the epoxy.
