How do you adjust the two pins that the front hood latches onto?

One side has has more play than the other when latched. I thought I could just rotate the pin counter clock wise to raise it with a screw driver in the slot but it will not budge and I was afraid to put a lot of force on it until I understood how it worked. Is mine just stuck or do you have to remove the assembly to adjust?

Could not find anything on this in the owners or service manual.

    Regards,

    Drew

You need to loosen the nut below the spring under the rubber cover (I pulled the rubber cover up to remove it). I then needed to use a thin wrench because the spring gets in the way. I don't know if Ferrari has a special tool.

    Thanks Bill - makes sense.

I was afraid to remove the rubber boot.

Thanks guys. I actually had a cheap thin 13mm wrench that worked perfect to get to the nut. All is well on the hood front.
