    I have a 2003 maserati coupe with xenon headlights that are adjusted to low so you only see right in front of you,anybody had experience with adjusting them?

    No but ask the dealership to change it for you. That way if something breaks, they'll cover it. Friend of mine tried to adjust his 360 headlights and something broke that was going to break anyways and he ended up eating a $900 repair cost. If the car is under warranty there is absolutely NO reason to work on it yourself.
